SVD Dambana Ng Buhay

The SVD Dambana Ng Buhay is an initiative of the Shrine of the Risen Christ Foundation, Inc. It serves as a peaceful and serene location where individuals can connect with both the natural environment and with a higher power.

The following are the features of the SVD Dambana ng Buhay:

1. The Shrine of the Risen Christ, which will be 160 ft tall once installed. The stations are arranged in a zigzag pattern across the 6,552 square meter area, with a 7 meter wide festival road.
2. The Station of the Cross, which are uniquely and individually sculpted from lahar material. Unlike traditional depictions, each station only displays the face of a smiling Christ.
3. The Church of the Resurrection, a one-story building that has the capacity to hold 1,000 people.
4. The Garden of the Risen Christ, which includes a columbarium with 3,720 niches.
5. The Shrine of the Risen Christ is planned to be a global landmark and a premier pilgrimage site in the Philippines. It is a three hectare property donated by the four children of the late Atty. Agustin Coronel Dizon and will become an eco-tourism destination.
